The death of love is, to me, one of the most horrible things in the world. Love is a beautiful thing, strong yet fragile, with the ability to fill us with a warmth unparalleled by any other emotion, as well as frightening coldness. To have such an important emotion die is awful, and can leave us feeling empty and worthless.
However, we eventually learn to love again, and that beauty returns into our life.
